Our Hike Up Beus Canyon

Mom and dad took us on a hike up Beus Canyon.  If you go about 8 miles on this trail you will arrive at Snow Basin Ski Resort.  I'm told that this was part of the 2002 Winter Olympics, but that was way before my time.

Dad said not to worry about bears because we make so much noise we would scare them away.

Me and Murphy had to cool off in the creek.

This was as far as we could go today.  Dad said further up the trail is a large meadow full of ferns.  He promised that when me and Murphy get bigger and stronger, he would take us there.

Hi Stanley and Murphy, This looks like a wonderful place to go hiking. I'd still be concerned about bears though. You boys are so good at your obedience. I love the harness that you are wearing-it's really cool.
Shoosh hasn't worked to well either; at least Hunter isn't barking, just whining. He is showing signs of being a great watchdog-he barks at people coming in all the time. I need to continue to work on sit. if you have any tips of what your mom does for this.
Happy Paws, Noreen & Hunter
