New Year Bash!

Today is the exciting New Year Bash that Mayor Arty is throwing for the citizens of Blogville!

Of course, I (Murphy), will be attending with my beautiful fiance with the fabulous furs, Ruby!  I went to a place called Cali to pick her up.

Her mom had us pose for photos before we left.

Stanley is going with his steady girlfurend Jessie.  It was the furst time he went to her new house.  It's kinda fancy.

Although this is the first big event that her brother Casey is NOT chaperoning, it looks like he can't help but spy on them!  He even told their mom to get a photo in case they need one for the F.B.I. if Jessie is late getting home!

Come on over to see all the fun we'll be having as we welcome the new year!  Click HERE to be instantly transported!

Dad Got Hit

Yesterday our pawrents went for a long run without us.  Mom said later she was VERY glad we were NOT with them!

Mom and dad were running uphill.  Dad was running (east) in a crosswalk and mom was a few car lengths behind him.   Mom was looking down and heard a loud noise so she looked up just in time to see dad fall to the ground

A car facing south was making a right turn.  The driver was looking to her left (east) and did not look to her right before pulling out to make her right turn.  If she had looked, she would have seen dad.

Mom called 9-1-1 and 4 police cars came.

An ambulance & paramedics came too.  They patched up dad's bleeding elbow.

This picture was taken when they got home.

This is the driver who hit dad.

Mom says the way this accident happened is a very common thing for drivers to do.  Looking left for an opening in traffic and then pulling out without looking to their right where they don't expect anyone to be.  Please, please, please be a cautious and defensive driver!

Pee Ess - Dad is feeling good today (with abrasions).  A live stream is on mom's Facebook page but she can't get it copied off from Facebook so you have to go there to see it (and send a friend request since it isn't public).

Training Bootcamp

Guess what?  I got a NEW Wilson!  Even though I accidentally scalped my beloved Wilson, mom gave me a NEW one.  And he's yellow!  I couldn't wait to start training him!

After a really hard workout, we had to lay down in the snow to cool off.  Until next time!

It Happened!

Guess what we found when we woke up this morning??

Yup, SNOW! We got 8" of snow!

After dad did the snowblower in the driveway, he shoveled a flight path for me and Wilson.

I LOVE it when dad throws snow at me when he shovels.  Stanley likes it too but mom didn't get a photo.

Me and Stanley get WILD in the snow!  If you saw mom's Facebook page this morning you saw the live feed of our action!

We were running down the hill in the deep snow and acting crazy!

Mom said she will try to get some video for our bloggy.  It is supposed to snow again Christmas morning!

Christmas Traditions

Today we are joining Mayor Arty, brother Jakey, and our beautiful niece Rosy in showing you one of our holiday traditions.

Everyone around here knows all about the fun cottages at Christmas Village.  They represent different businesses or buildings in the area and are decorated for Christmas.  There are about 87 of them (for almost real) butt we will show you a few . . .

And the bestest part is at night when you can see the lights!  Disclaimer:  There are lots more lights butt our mom was a wimp and said she could not endure the cold so we only got a few photos.

All the cottages are lit up and many are animated as well.  If you ever come here for Christmas time we will take you there!
