On Thursday, my brother and I went to the vet - again. We got ANOTHER shot! This time we got a medallion added to our collars. It is in the shape of a big heart. Mom said now we have been protected against rabies. Since we already had one thingy hanging off our collars, for micro-chipping, we jingle when we move around. Mom said that is good so I can't sneak around and go potty in the house. I am very sneaky like that. A few days ago, Dad was sitting in a chair in the mudroom and mom was standing 2 feet away from him and they were talking. Neither of them noticed that I slipped in between them and took a poop. Then mom stepped forward and . . . squish! So mom really likes the fact we make noise now.
Something exciting is happening soon! As soon as this last shot has thoroughly revved up our systems we get to go EVERYWHERE! Yup, parks, trails, EVERYWHERE! We are all so excited! Our "magic day" is a week from this Thursday - May 17th. That is the day our travel restrictions are lifted! We got a taste of the fun stuff we will see yesterday when mom and dad took us to some bike races. Wow - those bikes go fast! Then we got to go to our grand peep's soccer game (but we had to stay on the chair). There were so many kids there!
We have been practicing on our leashes for a long time in anticipation of our freedom day. Today we walked the farthest ever! We went 1.6 miles! As soon as we got home, I plopped down under the table and had to take a nap. I'm a pooped pup - in a good way.
And so is Stanley |
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz . . .

Wow, that pooping thing will get you guys into all sorts of trouble! Yelling and screaming and fits-to-be-thrown. I'm sure the jingle tags will keep your peeps paying more attention (it couldn't possibly be your fault BOL). You'll love those adventure walkies! I hope you get lots of pix so we can all see what you get up to!
