School Report

Last night was our first day of school.  We were so excited!  I wish mom got more photos but the whole class was sort of crazy went by too fast.  Since it was the first time, me and Stanley no one had many manners.  So she didn't get any pictures until the very end.  By that time we were so wound up . . . well you know how it is.

Anyway, our teacher, Tonya, is very nice.  She knows her stuff too!  She knows some of our friends (Bert, Annie, and Big Murphy) from past classes and said to tell them hello.  There are 7 pups in our class.  I said hello to them all when we first went in.  I'm friendly like that.  Stanley waited until I told him they were nice, then he said hello.

This is an interesting mix of  people dogs.  Two of the peeps said they had aggression problems with their pups!  One of them we could see right away.  We suspect the peeps aren't very nice to their pup because when he kept barking it looked like the evil lady peep was going to smack him!  We felt so sorry for him but what could we do?

Once we sat down and got all settled, I started looking at the hottie pup next to me.  She was a beauty!  She had pretty eyes, soft white hair, and was my size, even though she was a month younger.  And guess what . . . she's a Goldendoodle too!  We kept making goo-goo eyes smiling at each other and then we played footsies.  Mom said it was very cute and kept teasing me about being "smitten".  Of course Stanley can't stand it when I have attention and he does not so he came over and tried to kiss her!  I don't think she likes Stanley as much as she likes me because we planned to meet next week again.  Here is the object of my affection my new friend:

Mom tried to get a front shot but we were all moving too fast.

Stanley trying to steal a kiss.

You can see my girl is not interested in him.

In other news, we are happy to announce that we are the official site for the 2012 Blogville Olympic Marathon Chewing event.  It will take place on August 3rd.  If you want to enter the event, and it is open to all, information will be coming telling you how to do that.  In the meantime, get pics of your "athlete" so you can submit them when the time comes.  Remember to size those photos appropriately too!  There are many other events too, so check the Blogville Community Calendar link on the right side of our blog and see what is happening, because there's a lot happening!

Hi guys, Somehow I missed this post but glad I read it now. Oh how fun your class must have been and it's easier with two of you and not just by yourself. I think your new gal is so pretty; know you'll have so much fun getting to know her. I can't wait to hear more about the Olympics and what we need to do. Have a great Thursday.
