Struggles

Mom says she has struggled but we think she is just being rotten to us cuz she is jealous!  Every year when we do the Christmas Cards, me and Stanley get about 87 and our pawrents get 2 or 3.  Mom has used several "systems" to display the cards.  All the systems work well for about 20 or 30 cards. Then the weight of the growing number typically brings them to the floor . . . over and over.

So this year mom bought a decorative tray and is putting cards in there.  She says that makes it easy to go through the cards and enjoy them.  With the "systems" you didn't dare breathe on them lest it would fall again so she MIGHT have a point.  Anyway, we'll see how it goes . . .

Count:  5 (paper) + 2 (e-cards) = 7 for us and 1 for pawrents.

Pawsome new strategy. Are you sure that 1 card that came fur your pawrents wasn't addressed to you. I think they are trying to steal your card.

Yep I agree your mom is jelly over all your cards and doesn't want them hanging for everybuddy who walks in to see. Currently our system of a thick ribbon taped to the top of the door works. Mom staples the cards to the ribbon.

hugs madi your bfff

Momma displays our cards on a door. She just tapes them on. It works pretty well, though some of the heavier cards fall off a few times before Momma puts enough tape on them!

We didn't get signed up for cards this year but we still always get more than Jan does. She says it isn't fair because there are more of us than of her.

LOVE the Christmas header and your photos! You look dashing (Lady wrote that-I don't use that word for dudes). Lady tapes our cards to the doors, and hangs them on a ribbon. One year, she put them on the dining table underneath a clear plastic tablecloth so we could see all the pretty pictures. That was fun.

Wow, some people are way to organized with getting cards out. I'll be lucky if they're out by New Year's but probably closer to Valentine's Day this year. #toomuchtodo :(
