Guess what we did this morning!!!

| We practiced our running - the most ever! |

| Mom and Dad said we did the best yet! |

| We went 4 miles, doing a run/walk combination. |

| The most important thing is to have a loose leash and to stay along side our pawrents when we run. |

| As you can see, we are getting much better keeping the loose leash! |
We ran on the sidewalk just so we could take these photos (we normally run on trail or in the road). We can't take a picture when we are running "officially". We started out and went about 1/4 of a mile and then walked a bit, we did that over and over but one time we went a half mile without stopping! Mom and Dad can easily go a long way without stopping but they want to work up to longer distances with me and Stanley. They don't want to overwork our muscles/pads too soon. Sometimes when we do a walking portion it is because they know there are barking dogs up ahead and that me and Stanley will be distracted. Mom says it is easier to walk through those sections right now. But, the bestest thing is that they said we are really improving!
Only a few more days until we leave in the little wheelie house!

Murphy, you sure she's a Doddle, that face looks like a little Scottie got in the way, If she had ears that were shorter and stood up she would almost look like ME! Now how could she not be cute, and MANY, MANY HAPPY BIRTHDAYS!

HI Murphy, Great job for both of you! I'm so impressed; Hunter has gotten out of practice with his obedience because of being sick but we just went out for a short walk. I definitely have to start working with him again!

4 miles?! Wowee, keep at it guys!! You're going to be running marathons soon enough!! Nice loose leash skills too, especially when going fast!! I bet you can't wait for your Road Trip!!! :-D
