Fenced Out!

We continue to help Dad with "The Project".  We aren't sure what it is yet but it's "guy stuff" and we like doing stuff like that with our Dad.
This big truck pulled up early this morning and unloaded a whole bunch of stuff!
"What is this brother - bags of dog food?"
"Oh, Dad says it is cement.  Yipee, we are going to mix cement today!"
"Help me get this hoe in my paws Murphy"
"OK Stanley - turn on the water!"
"OMD - WAIT!  I cannot believe my eyes!"
Dad took apart the walls to the Doodle Clubhouse and put them around our work space.
"That is just crazy!  How will we get in there to help Dad?"
"Whew, that was a close one Dad, I almost couldn't get in here with you."
"And now I'm on the outside looking in . . ."
"How are we gonna help Dad when he fenced us out?"
"I gotta find a way in there to help Dad!"

To Be Continued . . .

Bags of dog food would have been a much better delivery.

I hope you two got lots of treats to keep you busy since you couldn't help out with the project.

I can't wait to see what you're building. Maybe you'll get to put your paw prints in the wet cement. That would be pawsome.

Yeah, be sure to put your paw prints in the cement, they will be there forever. Forever! Other than that, I think you're such nice doodles to want to help your dad so much.

we gotta say the job quality is bound to suffer without you boys helping out... ;) As long as you can, er, do a paw test on the cement surface before it sets, it won't be too bad. We hope your dad will come to his senses and let you two get back on the job!

Hey, Murphy, thank your mom so much from me. All Bran is one thing I had completely forgotten about. Will get some on Wednesday when I go to town again. Tell your mom I think I may have gotten this problem from some medicine I have to take for my bones. Old age is so much fun.......

he took apart the clubhouse, and then locked you out?! How unfair is that! I think you should've called the blogville police and then head butted the clubhouse fence away, and then mixed that cement up! Dogs are brilliant at mixing up cement, especially doodles named Murphy and Stanley!

Hi fellas, I'm thinking that you will have a nice cement pad for your clubhouse area???? I know your pawrents will make the perfect space for you both; btw, Cement can burn hands and paws, so better for you to stay away.
Happy Easter!!!
