BBQ and Get Hooked Up!

The other day when we went to get our mail out of the mailbox, we were going through ALL the Christmas cards we usually get when we noticed a thicker and bigger envelope.  Of course Stanley opened it right away!  It was the newest cookbook from The Canine Cuisine Team.  These are doggies that FUR REALS do the cooking and baking!  Anyway, this is the newest one:

We looked through it and we knew right away it was pawfect when Butch was talking about REAL meat.  We started drooling just reading about it!  The bad thing though is that our mom does NOT eat meat!  So needless to say there isn't a whole lot of meat cooking going on at our house.  So we knew right away that we would never get a chance to try out the recipes.  BUTT when we read the part where Butch said (instead of just buying the chicken)  he likes to show the barnyard chickens his sprinter's speed and that the thrill was in the chase, we admired his "grocery shopping" technique right away.  And it reminded us of some great hunter furiends too!  

So we figured if this recipe book was all about REAL meat and about hunting that meat, we knew in a minute we would have to send it to our furiends Frankie and Ernie.  Their dad takes them hunting and then they eat meat all the time so we knew they would love the recipe book.  It is the pawfect size for their Christmas stockings too!  So do NOT tell them but we put it in the mail for them! Now, something else that we have to tell you about is that we have a few events coming up pretty soon and if you do not already have a date lined up you might want to stop over and see Ruby, Blogville's official Yente!  She will match you up with another Blogville citizen so you can attend these social affairs with a date!  And maybe love will bloom!

NOTICE:  Ruby herself is NOT available since she is my CHERRY BOMB girlfuriend so don't even think about it for a minute.  Also, there is a special security wall in place that Ernie paid lots of green papers to install that will prohibit Roxy from visiting the Yente site.  Please do NOT let Roxy know about the security wall cuz Ernie does NOT want her to know he is all spazzed out.

Finally, remember that the 20th is the deadline to get your photos sent in to attend Dory's Christmas Extravaganza and Birthday Pawty on December 26th.  So get your date lined up!
