As many of you already know, our pawrents are runners. Some days they do long runs (13+ miles) and other days they do shorter runs (7-8 miles). But on Fridays, they do their funnest runs cuz me and Stanley get to go too! Today was our Fitness Friday and we did our 6 mile run.

Sometimes when we run, other doggies yell at us to take them with us.
We finished our run before the sun came up over the mountain!
Get your peeps out for some fun and exercise today. It's good for both of you!

Wow, that sounds like such fun! My peeps only run when chased. BOL We do walkies instead. Love that last pix with the sprinklers. Did you get to play in them?!?

WOW six miles, well we gots our big acrea and run all around with our next door puppers, run back and forth with the cows out back, and lots of walkers and joggers go by so we get lots of running there. Besides Dad never jogs, he goes on them 50 mile bike rides!

I love that your mom and dad take you both running. I haven't ridden as much this week-need to get back in the swing of it. We have Lily here and I won't take two dogs out alone-too many dogs here that are loose. Tonight I think hubby and I will take them both for a walk though. Your air looks good, guess there isn't any more smoke-yeah!

Hey, we have something in common! We like to exercise with our dogs too! I mountain bike with my girl Shyla and my husband runs with our black lab.
It looks like you had tons of fun. Wouldn't be great if you could pick up all those other dogs who are barking their hello's and let them run with you? I'm visualizing a huge pack of dogs and your parents leading them all :)
We always run.....well, walk before the sun comes up, too. Best time of day.

Phew, we're tired just thinking about all the running...we love walking and walk miles, and the humans are swimmers and swim miles, but running, too much effort!
We get up really early for our walks too, says Samson and Soldier. And it takes some time for the sun to clear the mountains here too. You guys look like you are having a wonderful time and we agree that being on a chain is a horrible thing.
HOLY COWS!!! Ma gets tired just walkin' three miles! The vettie says I have to work up to it slowly, so I don't gets anymore ouchies. Butts, I hope to be there soon, and maybe you and your peeps can run by and pick me up!! BOL

It looks like fun . . . . Our Lady won't run because of a knee problem but she takes us on big walks . . . . Keep running. It is good practice for when you see squirrels. Lee and Phod
