We just wanted to take a minute and tell you about this book. We do not know the author, nor are we associated with it in any way. We paid full retail for it from Amazon.com. But, our friend Big Murphy who died a few months back is featured in it (that is him on the cover). It is 224 pages of DETAILED information concerning everything from how to find a Doodle to how to care for him (grooming, health, feeding, etc.). Most books, especially on such a photogenic breed, are nothing more than a picture book but this book has very few pictures. Instead it talks about the subject matter in detail. It discusses the genetics of the breed, health issues, and feeding in greater depth that you typically will find in a dog book. It answers all your grooming questions and concerns. It addresses the Doodle personality and his needs in order to become a well adjusted adult dog. I highly recommend it for anyone who has or is thinking of getting a Dood.
Now, on a totally unrelated matter . . . me and Stanley are going to be 1 year old on February 3rd. Do you think we should look for girlfriends so we have someone to take to the Valentines Day Dance? How do you suggest we accomplish that? Your advice is appreciated.
