Fresh Sticks!

Me and Stanley got in trouble for breaking the new tree dad planted a few months ago.  But we can't help it!  These leaves are all falling off and then what did we find? STICKS!!  The leaves were hiding all these sticks that were right under our noses! Then . . . . I discovered the best thing ever - fresh sticks!

I got big enough that I can reach the branches to get fresh sticks!
Nom nom . . .  these sure are good - extra tasty!
Maybe I can jump a bit and climb up in the tree for the freshest sticks on the top!
Just gotta get a bit of momentum going before I leap . . .

MOM:  "Murphy!  Leave that tree alone!"

What mom??  I wasn't doin' nothing . . .

Fresh sticks are the best, I love the GREEN smell they have. No worries, the peeps can plant another tree :)

You two goofy guys bring a whole new meaning to "fetch"!! LOL
I have never heard of dogs making their own sticks, let alone practically climbing the tree! You are dogs not cats! ROFL

Oh Murphy you have to wait until your mom or dad is pruning and then make off with the fresh sticks that they don't want on the tree. I was helping my daddy with that last week and boy was it fun!

Hahahaha...OMD, you're so funny (and super smart) Murphy! Whoa, I bow down to the fact that you are tall enough to get sticks off of trees!! That's insane to me! Nice work...but maybe next time you should get Stanley to at least stand guard and make sure that your Mom isn't watching (or photographing)! ;-)

I'll bet that cute face of yours gets you out of lots of trouble - tree breaking or otherwise. Works for Oliver. Plus he's learned to put himself in time out when he's done a naughty.

Dude, I can have My Vickie bring the little red truck on our walk this week. Then we can fill it with all the fresh fall from the park so you have fresh sticks for a week. That way you help clean up nature and stay out of trouble with your humans.

What do you say?

Hi Murphy, Oh boy I could tell you'd be in trouble but a boy can try can't he?! Maybe your mom will make you a small tree from branches that have fallen. Hunter loves to pick up branches when we walk. I just hope you don't try and act like a cat and climb that tree-then you'd really be in trouble.
Have a great evening.
Hugs, Noreen & Hunter

Well if they're going to put all of those enticing sticks right in front of you on a stick tree, I don't see how they can expect you to resist!
