It Snowed!

When we got up this morning we had the most wonderful new thing - snow!  We never had snow before since this is our first winter.
Stanley checked it out while I waited.  Neither of us was sure how to get down the stairs.
"What exactly is this and more importantly, where do I pee?"
"Whee!  It's so fun!"
Then in awhile it finally got light out so we went out side again.

"Wow - it' s everywhere!"
"Chase me brother!"
"Ha! Ha! I can dance in the snow!"
"Wow Stanley, you got snow balls!"
"Is this where I pee?"
"I love chasing snowballs down the hill!"
"Oh, the trees aren't too happy!"
Stanley blends in with the snow.
"Can you even see us?"
"Stanley needs his shred sled - NOW!"
"Time to go back in already?"
"Mom, can you have dad clean off the stairs please?"
"I can't move, my snowballs have me stuck."
The first time we tried to pick off the snowballs.  The second time, mom put us in the downstairs shower.  The third time (and it isn't even 10:00 a.m.) . . .
"Aw mom, I'm too big for the sink."

I can't write anymore cuz me and Stanley are headed outside again.  Mom wants to know if anyone has any great ideas for snowball removal?

Yes I do. It's called PAM! Just spray a little on them and no snow balls. Big Murphy had to have Paulette do this and it works great. Enjoy the snow boys, there is a whole lot more coming.

Looks like they are having a "ball" going to have to try Goose's suggestion of using the PAM :)

When we lived in Utah, if it snowed a LOT, Oliver would disappear in the back yard (he's a little guy). Then he would come bounding out like a kangaroo! He loved the snow and it was funny to watch him play. Now we live in California, so no more snow for him to play in. I won't show him your pictures. That might make him sad.

Snow is fun, but the bestest part is when Mom & Dad have to clen us off and towel us dry, lots of loving and hugs.

Hairdryer on not too high and use whilst standing on a towel. That is if they can put with the hairdryer. Love your snow pix. We want snow now. Have a terrific Thursday.
Best wishes Molly

A warm hairdryer, with some treats to hand. We had a little dog that collected snowballs, the only way is a hairdryer, leave them to melt..Hour's! Love it that you have snow xxoooxx

You two look like miniature version of Fiona and Abby. They live in Park City Utah and are the full sized version of doodle. I know their mom complains about the snowball legs too.

Hi guys, My daughter just puts her mini-schnauzer in the sink and puts warm water on the snow that sticks to her fur. You sure had a lot of snow! We only had about an inch and last night Hunter went out and peed easily but this morning, all he wanted to do was lick and eat it. Silly dog. Wouldn't take care of business so I finally had to walk him around the block-if this is his style, it is going to be a long winter. Hope that snow melted. Have a great evening.
Hugs, Noreen & Hunter

Hey boys, So you like this stuff do ya? It sure is a surprise the first time you go outside and see the stuff all over the place. I remember my first sight of snow. Glorious Snow.

As for the snowballs, you need to talk to Big Murphys mom about that next time we are all walking (or email her) she found an excellent way to deal with it while we were on searches and I am sure it would work for you two....
