NOTE: This is where we were on Saturday when we met our furiend Greta in the furs. We got an update last night from her mom. She is still VERY sick and is still at the hospital. We have listed her on our POTP page. Please visit her blog and leave your comments as her pawrents are very worried. We are sad that our furiend Greta ended up getting so sick at the end of the day we shared together but we wanted to report to you all the fun we had before she got sick. We are the same age as Greta and we became bestest furiends.
We went to Idaho on Saturday to go to the Dogapoolooza at Lava Hot Springs. The thing that made this so extra special is that we were finally going to meet our furiend Greta in the furs! Me and Stanley got there early and later on Greta and her pawrents came to meet up with us. And guess what?? We got to swim in an Olympic sized swimming pool!
There are a million photos so I will try not to say too much . . .
Lots of doggies were being safe by wearing their canine flotation vests.
This French Bull Dog was only 3 months old!
Doggies: Here's how to mortify your dad . . .
Finally we met up with Greta. She is so cute and furiendly! We liked her right away! We are glad she is helping with our campaign. Oh, and her pawrents are very nice too! We were glad that our pawrents liked each other cuz it left time for us 3 doggies to play! Dog oh dog, we never knew a pug could run so fast! When we played fetch Greta was flying! She zoomed fast and spun around corners!
We will always be bestest furiends!
Shortly after this photo was taken was when Greta got really sick, really fast. It makes us sad to see this photo because it proves just how quickly things can change. But on the other hand, we love that we were all having so much fun.
Mom says all-in-all I was fetching in the pool for nearly 3 hours (plus my dry-land fetching). Towards the end mom says I was swimming really slow but I still did not want to stop. Me and Stanley slept really good that night!
Get well our sweet Greta!
