Hehehe, oh Murphy! At least you only had a taste ;-) it could have been a whole lot worse! But that's a great expression, I'm sure your Mom and Dad will eventually melt!!
This is why I say that sticks should be allowed in the house. If they were then things like this would not happen. So when you look at the whole picture it really is your parents fault and I will back you up on that. Blessings, Goose
Murphy we think you are innocent. You'd never chew a door? I chewed a mahogany cabinet once and peeps caught me red handed. Opps. Have a super Saturday. Best wishes Molly
Hi Murphy, I always have several big bones inside for Hunter(and try to not let them out of the house)and several raw-hides. I know they aren't the best but if it keeps him from chewing on other important things it is all worth it. Mom will get over it; just love up on her. Woofs, Noreen & Hunter
Murphy as your Mayor it is my duty to come to your defense.... tell your Mom it could have been worse!! Many many years ago my human sis was dog sitting for a Lab two doors down from us. He had a doggie door and a huge fenced yard. So he came an went but when she got down there to feed him....oh the mess she found. He must have been bored or momentarily possessed. He had chewed of the molding around 1/2 of the dining room. Mom told me my sis called home saying Mom you won't beleive what Bailey did!!?? Remember I'm here for you Hugs madi your bfff
i totally agree with goose!!! i keep a big pile of sticks in my dining room for stormy to kill when he gets in the mood. way better to have to sweep up bits of wood off the floor than having to fix doors and walls he he! i have learnt from experience.

I can't see the first photo. What is the stick attached to? It's OK, just keep giving her that look, she will melt. No problemo!

Uh Oh. I did the same thing on the molding around the peeps front door. They were not amused either.

Well if adequate sticks are not provided for you at all times, I guess this is what happens!
