Getting Ready

You might have noticed that we haven't posted in a few days.  We sat mom down and had a serious talk with her and she said, "Here, post this picture of my dahlia in the garden!"

While we agree that it is a beautiful flower, that just doesn't cut it.  After all, we are the Mayorz of Blogville! We have standards! The citizens expect certain things from us!  We have to set examples! So mom said to show this picture:

"Funny mom, so we are a bit behind the curve . . . "

Mom has been busy getting ready to go to BAR.  BUTT me and Stanley think she is already on vacation mode and forgetting to do the normal stuffs.  We told her we needed to set up a post and what did she do? She ate ice cream!  So we had no choice.  She is ripping our hearts out with her lack of responsibility!

So then the next thing we knew we got flea & tick treatments and a few days later we got waterboarded and haircuts!  Yes, SHORT haircuts! Mom said something about sharing a tiny bed with us and needing to be able to keep clean blah . . . blah . . . blah . . . 

So here we are after suffering from the indignity of having been skinned alive!  I am glad I still have my long hooker eyelashes cuz Murphy's were accidentally cut off.  We think it was cuz mom is jealous!

Murphy is afraid everyone will laugh at him having normal eyelashes.

Anyway, we just wanted everyone to know we are still here BUTT once we leave we have no idea what will happen to our posts!  There might be some that are only photos, or without photos, or blank for days at a time!  Mom says it depends on our Internet availability when we stop.  BUTT we haven't left yet.  Make sure next week that you watch for action on the BAR Blog and the Blogville Facebook page!
