Queen of Hearts Dance - Part 1

Me and Stanley have been looking forward to today - the Day of Love - for weeks!  For one thing, our band, the Bad Dawg Agency (BDA) is gonna pawform at Madi's Queen of Hearts Dance.  And of course Stanley was looking forward to seeing his girl Taffy again.  So the first thing we did was jump in our helicopter and go pick up Taffy.  She's also the BDA band manager.  Taffy's mom took this photo in front of their house.

If you didn't know we had a helicopter, it was an old one that the Army-Navy Surplus store had and dad helped me and Stanley rebuild it.  We got it flying for our recent Birfdays.  Dad said we needed good transportation since we are in a band now.

When we got to the dance, Madi had a stage all set up for us!  Our bandmates Ernie and his steady girlfriend Roxy (our lead singer) got there about the same time. We got our equipment set up and in no time at all the crowds started showing up so it was time to rock the house!  Soon the crowd started shouting that they wanted to hear our hit song "Let It Be Out To Pee".

Our lead singer, Roxy was on fire!  She belted out song after song.  She sure knows how to play the crowd, they were putty in her paws! Ernie's constant practice on the drums was evident as the room pulsated with the rhythms he created on the drums.  Stanley was smoking on the keyboard too.   After a bit I (Murphy) took over to sing for a bit so Roxy could get a drink of water.  I gotta say I do like strutting my stuff on stage!

Taffy made arrangements for our pawformance to be video taped.  One of our furiends, Sugar, was having so much fun grooving with the beat that the camera guys took video of her too!  Make sure you listen to the end cuz you can hear how good Ernie is on the drums!

Taffy was just off stage, selling t-shirts and CD's and just making sure everything was running smoothly, so the rest of the band took a break when Stanley motioned for her to come over so they could sing a duet of "Puppy Love".  Taffy didn't know it but Stanley changed the lyrics a bit.

Yep, he admitted right then and there that he was in LOVE with Taffy.  Of course as his brother I knew that a long time ago! We got a special request from Officer Bites for a song dedicated to his lovely Susie.  So we sang it for them and they had a special dance! Susie, this next one (first made famous by Creedence Clearwater) and is dedicated to you!

6 AM - Roxy
8 AM - Ernie
10 AM - This set/post
Noon - Roxy
2 PM - Ernie
4:00 PM - Our blog will have a new post
