Walkie With Pawrents

Me and Stanley finally got our pawrents out for a walkie.  A lot of snow has already melted but as you can see there is still more that needs to melt. But it is a good sign and makes mom happy. And you know the rule  .  .  .   If mama ain't happy ain't nobody happy!

Today we were all happy!

I am glads you got your Moms and Dads out of the house and moving ~ if I can only gets my Ma outta the house and moving...okays, so it might be kinda my fault...it hasn't stopped raining, and you KNOWS I don't likes gettin' my furs wet, so it's been hit and miss on the walkie front! It might stop for a couple of days soon (paws crossed), so I might get in a couple of good walkies like you guys got today! That should lift Ma's mood!

Yup. Those are happy faces!!! Meanwhile here in Sydney, we are about to be hit with three days in the 40'C temps and 80% humidity AND a forced/phased blackout, as the grid can't cope with all the aircons folk have put it. ... which is a bit ironic cuz the peeps I am staying with have just this week had two units put in!!! It'll be back to the good ol' wet towels and a long lie down... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  10. Thank goodness for you two! Otherwise they would get stuck in front of the telly, feeling very sorry for themselves and that will NEVER do!

  16. That is wonderful news and I couldn't agree more that sunshine and warm temps make us moms happier. Thank you for your kind words about my test~it was a dexascan for osteoporosis and bone density, but a more indepth look at the bone metabolism to make sure there wasn't something bad going on. I don't take meds for osteopenia, because there are negative side effects-so my doctor doesn't even give me a dexascan.
WE have sun-shine and blue skies but it is supposed to drop 20 degrees on Saturday and Sunday. I'm ready for warm days to stay around for good.

  20. Hi guys,
Looks like it was a beautiful day for a walkie!! Yups you're right, if Mamma ain't happy no one is. BOL We loved your pictures and it made me a little jealous, (I was looking over Mom's shoulder while she did my typing). No walkies here today. The wind is blowing like a freight train and the temps dropped more than 20 degrees from yesterday to today. ~sigh~ Maybe I'll get one tomorrow.
