OMD! You will NOT believe where we went last night! We went to the county fair! Mom said it was a good place to practice our crowd and noise exposures. And we did PAWFECT!
Here we are practicing our DOWN-STAY.
Mom wasn't able to get pictures cuz of all the people and activity but we got to go to the animal barns where we bumped noses with sheep! Yes we did! We sniffed all kinds of animals AND their poops! It was a blast!
We loved the fair!

PS Good job on the down-stay
Mom is wondering if it is too late to teach this senior kitty that command. MOL
Did you get to herd the sheep? Something I would love to do but am NEVER allowed. Because I am a terrier not a sheepdog, apparently.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
Murhpy...good buddy I'm doing fine, am a tad hungry sitting on the landing of the stairs right in mom's path...just so she doesn't forget to feed me....my 87 meal of the day. MOLMOL
Oh, does that sound exciting! We love going to our county fair - but we go when there aren't people there. the crowds, I mean. The working people are usually there, taking care of animals and stuff. It's usually way to hot to go when the fair itself is going on.
I've never met a sheep. I'll bet I'd love that!!
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
WOW...we think it is pawsome that they let doggies go to your fair! They don't even let doggies go to the Farmer's Market here!!!
Great job Doodz!!

Way to go!
That is sooooo cool! We have the Louisiana State Fair in our town but there are no dogs allowed. It's mainly why we have never been on a Ferris Wheel.
Is that a special Dog Facility? We mean the hydrant....and grass.
That is pawsome. We would have barked a lot.
I bet you were the biggest attraction there
OMD.... dat is so pawsome.
Wags,
Ranger
yoW! what a fun time! we think we'd be scared of sheep but it could be fun to curl up in their wool :) pawsome down-stays!
pip, smidgen, minnie, hollie, sharpie, ditto, TL
wow that is fabulous... I'm not sure what I would do at a fair, but probably something what leads to a mischief monday post BOL
Your fair let dogs visit? That's awesome! We will be taking two of our collies to the Big New England States Exposition. It's a giant fair, hosted by all the New England states, that lasts two weeks. But while our collies can walk around with us, and enjoy some fair food, they can't go into the livestock or craft buildings. The only building they can enter is the Farm-a-rama building, because that is where the Meet the Breeds is taking place. (Our club has a designated day, to introduce the public to the collie breed). We are a little jealous that you got to visit the sheep!
Wow that sounds pawsome! Well done you two for posing so well too with all that noise and activity. Nose licks and love from Moth xx
That sounds like a super fun time. We're surprised that they let doggies in. Did you go on any fun rides? BOL!
Sniffing poop? Do you mind if I do not do that the next time I see some animals?
Mara from Norway
