Friday Mischief

Our pawrents went for a 13 mile run early this morning.  So me and Stanley were left alone to amuse ourselves.  When they got home, this is what they found . . .

Remember that delicious mud that dad covered with pavers?

Remember how mom had the carpets cleaned last week?

Mom said, "Who did this???????????"

You know our policy is to NEVER confess unless there's video!

We just told her some doggy came through OUR doggy door and made this mess.

Then we found out - there's video . . .

Yes, Stanley did it.  I was proven INNOCENT!  But then right after dad fixed the buffet spot I strolled into the office with a big ol' clump of grass and mud.  And mom and dad were both in the office when I did it.

  1. Hari OM
Crikey doodz, you gotta learn to cover your tracks. Literally... jus' sayin'... now I can hear the pawrents' brain-cogs whirring as they drum up some new ploy to stop the joy. Oh well... Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  2. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH my word and rumor has it the carpets were just cleaned professionally this week. Kinda like with the new tires the peeps just got for the Highlander...on Monday. Mom says she hopes and prays she is not the first one to run them against the curb and scratch them up. LOL Sorry Stanley but you know at least your brudder was 2nd one to get the carpet dirty.
Brudders who do crimes together do time together too
    Hugs madi your bfff

  3. First of all, you need to contract a squirrel to get rid of that camera! SHE's just put old wire over our gourmet grass eating area. Don't know what's wrong with peeps.

  4. Oh. Well ... maybe it was squirrels, though!!!

  5. Uh oh....are you sure there isn't a stealth squirrel or maybe chipmunk who could have snuck in the door??
    Jakey & Arty

  6. You can't get away with anything with those spy cameras watching you. That will show your pawrents to never get their carpets cleaned again.

  7. Weren't you two just trying to repair the damage outside? The squirrels and gophers did it!!!

    Woos - Lightning and Misty

  8. Oh noes! You were framed, obviously!

  9. Oh NO! There just HAD to be cameras...bummer!

  10. Oops. Those pesky tattle-tail cameras sure can make life miserable for an adventure seeking pup.

  11. The joys of having free in and out privileges! Lady says mud on carpets is the main reason she doesn't miss them.

  12. Uh-oh! That is some pretty incriminating evidence. Do we need to bake a cake with a file to spring y'all from jail cuz' we will!

  13. OMD!!!!!! Those frickin' squirrels are at it AGAIN!!!! I can't believes your Moms thinks it was you Doods!!! oh wait....guys, I thinks you need to delete your crimes from the cloud next time.....
I KNEW you would NEVER! unless your Brudder MADE you do it...yups, that's the ticket! You needs me to testify in your behalf my Boo??!
You keep cool, and don't lets your Brudder talk you into anymore felonious behaviour! (sorry, sometimes I spell like a Canadian....hehehehe)
    Ruby ♥

  14. Hi Guys! Oops! Maybe next time do something to the video machine so there wont't be any proof. ~ nose nudges Bonnie Pup

  15. All we have is video of you outside and mud inside the house. Unless there is video of you tracking mud in the house I say you are innocent

  16. Oh no!!! They are spying on you. That's against the law - you need an attorney :) I hope that the carpets weren't too hard to clean again :(

  17. Well, they should have done a better job is all I can say!

    Miss Oswin from Norway

  18. Pawrents....Don't dig in the mud, don't mess up the house. We is puppies those things are a given! And video surveillance, what if it was tampered wif by a rogue raccoon? You can't believes everything you see in on the internets ya know.

    Puppy Growls,

Don't just sniff around, leave your mark with a comment so we know you've stopped by. Wags!!
