We'll start off with 2 pictures taken in windy Wyoming.
Somewhere mom has a picture of our ears blowing sideways. It was really windy (and scary to pull the wheelie house).
OK, now on to Mt. Rushmore . . .
Mom got artistic on this one, shooting it between 2 rocks.
We might mention that Mt. Rushmore is NOT dog friendly! Me and Stanley had to stay in the wheelie house while our pawrents had fun. And know what else they did WITHOUT us??
Just not fair!

We have never had ice cream so we don't know we are missing out.
Lady went to Mount Rushmore a million years ago (the summer she was 16, you do the math). She loves that part of the world.

Holy smokes doodz, how does this count as a furmily howliday if you don't get to go places with them??? Sigh... (meanwhile in the human world, I's gotta say that this place is waaaay impressive just in the photos, so it must be overwhelming in the stone, as it were!) Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
oh you really saw this great place with your own eyes... how wonderful!!!!... oh ... where is YOUR ice cream?
My uncle used to be a park ranger at Mt Rushmore, about 30 years ago. I actually got to visit him back then, and see Sone beautiful parts of South Dakota.
Oh the horrors! They should have gotten you both your own cones! But what amazing sights to see!

Why would your parents even think about going to an 'attraction' that isn't dog friendly?
Oh, that is so not fair! I wondered where you were in the photos. I thought perhaps you had gone up in one of those noses, but I couldn't find you at all! And then for them to have ice cream without you! Shame on them!!

WHAT?!?! Did they at least bring ice cream cones home for you!!?!
Our mom has been up there and thought it was such a beautiful area. It was before our time, so we aren't sure if she had ice cream or not.
Cammie!
We need to make one of those for Blogville....maybe the former mayors...BOL! They'd better have given you at least a smidgen of that ice cream.
Those are some great pics. But bummer on not being able to go to the big Mount with Mom and Dad. You tell those peeps they owe you ice cream once you get on the road and find a good place to buy some.
