The Project

Me and Stanley are helping dad with a project.  Here is Stanley snoopervising.

He strikes a pose for Jessie.

I'm looking for lost nails cuz that can be dangerous.

I went to the bottom of the hill to see if any nails rolled downhill.

Stanley is doing a soil compaction test.

Then he helps me at the bottom of the hill.  It was a 2 dog job.

Meanwhile dad seems to be digging a grave!

We figure we better watch to make sure there are no witnesses.

Where'd dad go? Do we need a search party?

Another pose for Jessie

Still keeping watch.

We're pretty sure a CSI team will be involved at some point.

Still watching for intruders.

Stanley is in hiding to catch anyone sneaking up on The Project.

Another post for Jessie.

Oh, maybe there are gonna be 2 victims?

I'm still searching for nails trying to sneak off.

Wow, this is kinda deep!

You can tell the hill is steep when you see the graves from farther away.

Mom says it is going to be magnificent when it's done.  She said something about a trellis and fence to keep me and Stanley out.  To be continued . . .

OMD doodz, you're dad is building mum a garden terrace!!! I's so greenvy about your garden - though I have to say my tomatoes and pepper plants are doing nicely in their window pots at the Hutch. Wonder if I can do an indoor terrace..??? Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Stanley your poses for Jessie (and all the ladies in Blogivlle) were simply fabulous. Murphy my mom thanks you for keeping the nail situation under control, cause according to family history, when mom was a wee girl her Aunt Ruth convinced mom's mom to let mom spend the weekend with her. As the sotry goes..mom found the ONLY rusty nail in the city of Durham,NC and STEPPED ON IT. It was swollen and red as fire with in a few hours, mom had to be taken to the ER to have the wound cleaned up and get a tetanus shot. Soooooooooooo
I'm sure one of those nails would probably wind up in NC right at our back door.
Thankfully yours
Madi your bfff
PS you 2 and mom best be on your best behavior don't wanna end up in one of those boxes.
Looking forward to the rest of the story

Oh, I wonder what will be growing from those boxes? Maybe something yummy?

Gosh Jessie will be totally bowled over. Not only was Stanley posing most handsomely today, but we also saw his ability to exert authority, to act as a team player, and to be conscientious in guarding his the property and looking out for his Dad.
Oh yes, that Jessie will be swooning with admiration.

We sure hope those boxes are for some sort of plants and not coffins as you are speculating they might be. They do seem about the right size for a couple of dogs so you better make sure your dad doesn't put a top on them. BOL!

We hope the trellis keeps Wilson out. We think there may be a problem with Wilson in future. You're dad did a great job with the 'boxes'.

Good work on the snoopervising,Stanley and Murphy. We guess it might be a good idea if Misty doesn't come to visit any time soon as we think we know what is going in those boxes. And Misty will be determined to remove it.
