Sedona Photos

We wanted to share some more photos from our vacation.  Of course we have to start with a picture of us!  You can see I was still wearing my "ankle warmers".

Yes, the sky is that blue in the west!

Utah has lots of red rock too but Sedona has much more green to offset it and the result is beautiful!

 We sniffed it all out!

These holes were used by ancient people for storage.

Ruins of housing of ancient people.

Montezuma's well provided water for ancient people.  Over a million gallons of water flows through here DAILY!  Those dots are actually ducks.

Part of the ruins from the ancients.  We'll have more of those next time.

Murphy & Stanley

They fit but I couldn't get back far enough to get a whole picture lol!  BTW, color is actually white.

Wow! We just watched a two-part PBS Nova series on the geologic history of N. America. It showed a lot of weathered cliffs and where they came from. Very interesting. Loved seeing your pictures!

OMD, my STUD MUFFIN!!! I read what happened to your estate yesterday and I almost fell over with fright!!! I bets it was those evil tree rats!!! They dig holes and ruin everythings! Anyhu, I am so glads your Moms call the power peeps and got them to make your house all safe and sound! AND, your Moms got FABulous new washy things!!! I loves to sit by them when Ma does the laundry, cause sometimes things fall to the floor and I gets to snuffle them! BOL
It's raining like crazy here, butts I got my walkie in before it started, so my furs stayed dry! hehehe
I hopes I can still hear your barks tonight! I will bark extra loud! the neighbors will LOVE it! ☺
Kisses,
Your Boo Ruby ♥♥

Well they say there is nothing worth stealing from a hole in the ground so I guess that is why the ancient people put there stuff in a hole. I would say the ancient people must have had a back door because there are no steps to the front door oh dogs leaving by that door would mean certain death with that drop. Bet the washer and dryer delivery peep would hate delivering to the ancients house.
Thanks for being a friend

That is gorgeous country. I'd love to visit there. Maybe if we drive to BlogPaws next summer, we can see some of the sights. Your new washer and dryer are fabulous! Do the boys wash the clothes wash and dry with the window front? I think Bentley would be intrigued. ☺
