See Beautiful & Advise Dui

Today we are doing 2 things at once.  Mom said it is called multi-tasking.  The first thingie . . .

Happy 2-Year Anniversary to Sugar and the See Beautiful blog hop!  We wanted to add what has helped us See Beautiful.   I guess we are supposed to put up a picture of it.  Hmmmm . . . that's kinda hard but here goes . . .

Did you look in it?  Yes, it is YOU who helps us to See Beautiful!  We didn't know ANYTHING about Blogville until we came to live with mom and dad.  Then TOGETHER we met all of YOU and began to see just how beautiful YOU and BLOGVILLE are!  When there are troubles, we see the whole Citiverse (that is a city that is universal) quickly jump in and ask "What can we do?".  And then, and this is the bestest part, you actually do it!  We love Blogville and we love YOU because you help me and Stanley and mom and dad to See Beautiful!!!
*****
Our second thingie is that our furiend Ranger is hosting  "DUI PUPPY ADVICE DAY" today!  If you are wondering what DUI is, it is NOT Driving Under the Indluence . . . well, actually it is, but this time we are talking about our newest furiend from Down Under Dui of Downunder Daisy!  So me and Stanley put our heads together to remember waaaaay back when we were tiny little puppy boys . . .

So here are the 5 top pieces of advice we have for Dui:

  1. Don't get caught eating poop.  We know every pup wonders what it tastes like since it does smell soooo delicious, but you should NEVER get caught cuz if you do they will never let you live it down.  Right Stanley?
  2. Never confess to ANYTHING unless there is video or DNA evidence.
  3. Learn to hang your head and whimper softly anytime you are caught-in-the-act.  Mastering the remorseful puppy look will save you every time and if you are good at it, it could possibly lead to a treat.
  4. When your mom is working on training with you and gives you a treat, let it fall onto the floor and stare at her blankly.  This will encourage her break out the "high value" treats.  You need to get your mom trained like this right away. Don't let her get away with using the cheap stuff.
  5. Mud is king!  Anytime you can get into the mud, do it right away and be sure to spread it all over your face.  Your mom will appreciate the photo-op and playing in the mud if F-U-N!

We hope these tips will be helpful to you Dui as you grow up into a full grown man-dawg.  We want to officially welcome you to Blogville - the best citiverse in the world!

Ding Dong - Chewy Delivers!

Mom is always surprised at the stuffs me and Stanley can hear.  Stanley can hear a banana being peeled,  and I can hear . . .

So we ran to the door to investigate.  Sure enough . . .

Chewy has fast delivery and we get deliveries from Chewy often enough that we KNOW what that means!

But sometimes mom doesn't let us have it right away.  Sometimes she makes us wait for a minute hours and hours! So we decided it would be best to get her to give us the treats right away.

OMD, it was working!  Then we saw what Chewy sent us!

We were crazed, we HAD to have some of that right away!

So mom started flapping her jaw saying something impawtent.

What she was saying was that this was a high quality treat made from freeze dried BEEF LIVER and freeze dried SWEET POTATO.  They're grain-free and nothing else is added.  And of course they are made in the USA!

They were DELICIOUS!  Me and Stanley highly recommend them - 8 paws up!

Sojos Returns!

We were introduced to the Sojos brand of dog food when we reviewed the Sojos Complete Dog Food.  So when we were asked if we were interested in reviewing their new dog treats we didn't hesitate to say yes!  Sojos dog foods are made in their own kitchens in Minneapolis.  They use human quality meat with no additives.  And like the dog food, these treats were RAW!  Me and Stanley have learned to love that word!

So one day when the man brought the box to our house and rang the doorbell, me and Stanley knew it HAD to be for us!  After all, it usually is - BOL!

Right away we knew this was going to be a good day!

We had a package of beef, turkey, and lamb.  Me and Stanley both picked the lamb!  We NEVER had lamb before but it smelled yummy!

So mom opened up the package.  Right away she could feel that these treats were different from the freeze dried treats we were used to.  She said these still had some moisture to it.

They are the pawfect size for training.  Mom says they are a "high value" treat so that means when we don't really want to do what our pawrents are telling us to do, if we know a high value treat is coming we'll do it anyway.  This was often the case when we went to school at PSU cuz I usually didn't listen very good.  So mom told us to take a bow (I'm really good at this) and gave us a treat.  It set our senses on fire!

So then mom told us to pick up our toys.  We stared at her blankly dashed all over the house and put them all in the toy box. Then we rushed back to where she was in the kitchen.

We were afraid she wasn't going to pay us off so Stanley pulled out all the stops and showed his special smile.

Of course she couldn't resist (they never can).  We loved our treats and mom loves the purity of just simply beef/lamb/turkey without a bunch of additives.  (But you need to remember that this is raw meat and you should always wash your hands after handling raw meat.) We consider Sojos to be an excellent manufacturer of dog foods and treats and without hesitation give them our highest endorsement.

Gettin' Wild With Best Elk Antlers

We were just hanging out at home, pretty bored actually. We thought it wouldn't be a special day.  And then dad went out to the mailbox and that changed EVERYTHING!!!

Dad came in with an package and opened it.  He did NOT notice that it had my name and Stanley's name on it.  He thought it was for him but it was NOT!  You will not believe what was in it!!

Yeah baby, now THAT is what I am talking about!  We didn't waste any time ripping that package open.  Me and Stanley are no strangers to antlers!

These bad boys must have come off a GIANT elk rack!

The thing mom likes about antlers is that our bellies (and beards) don't fill up with rawhide.  And it takes us a LONG time to chew on them too.  There's nothing added to them, just pure 100% antlers like our ancestors chewed on when Goldendoodles ran wild!

Mom says that antlers are safer to chew on than many other things.  But she adds that doggies should always be supervised when chewing stuffs anyway.

We like the split antlers the best cuz it is easier to get to the marrow.

And there's no odor either.  Mom hates the smell of some other things doggies chew.  And antlers don't have that "yuck factor" that some other things have (like bully sticks).

And of course we prefer our stuffs that are made in the USA!

Me and Stanley wanted to give these a 10 paws up rating but mom says we can only give them 8 paws cuz that was all of our paws.  So we argued a bit and decided that our rating would be 8 paws PLUS two belly scratches.  And that is the very bestest rating!  So if you want something delicious to chew on for every day or maybe your birfday of GOTCHA day, we highly recommend you get Best Elk Antlers!
