Now that it has cooled off a bit, mom is really trying hard to make sure I get some fetching time in every day.

A Recipe Book Written By A Poodle!

A few days ago me and Stanley received a recipe book to review.  It is one of a series and is written by a doggie!  Yes, it is written BY a doggie and FOR doggies!  When we looked inside we could not believe it - FINALLY!

We totally understood the directions.  It said things like "Bake for two tunny rubs".  And it is full of special tips to make the recipe just right.  We liked the tip, "two paws on that rolling pin!".  The recipes are REAL (kind of).  You can tell that Chef Fifi LeFay is serious about her work cuz she says things like, "Remember to wash your paws".

These books (8 titles) are written to give as gifts to dog lovers.  The one we received was called an "advance copy".  If you want more information about these books you can check their web site HERE.

Since the books are meant to be gifts, we thought it was only fitting that we pass this book on to Blogville's Official Chef Sasha (it's in the mail)! We HOPE she will make some of these delicious recipes for our next Blogville event!

Jazzi's Taco Day

Today is a special day!  Me and Stanley hardly ever get to eat people foods but thanks to Jazzi, she talked mom into letting us eat tacos on her special day!  So now every time it is Taco Day we get to eat tacos!  Thank you Jazzi!  Our bestest memories of you involve tacos!  We will not mention the time you stole one from your peep sister but that was her fault anyway BOL!

Our tacos had cheese and a treatie on them.

After we melted the cheese, we folded them over.  

Then mom brought them to the table.  Me and Stanley have very good manners so we can eat at the island table when mom says it's okay.

We do NOT put our elbows on the table.  Mom said it was bad manners.

Our world is a better place because you were here.  Blogville misses you Angel Jazzi!  We love you (and your mom)!

Register To Vote

Whew . . . we have been so busy with our 2 series that we haven't had a minute to think of anything else!  If we do another one in the future and anyone else would be interested in joining, just let us know and we'll have mom make a note of it.  You'd just have to be able to coordinate with other bloggers to maintain a story line.  We think the "system" works pretty good and it is lots of fun.

Now, on to the election.  Election day is coming closer and closer.  Just barely over a month away!  So we wanted to make sure you knew how this was going to work.  Frankie & Ernie wrote this up:



SARGE is going to be in charge of the POLLING PLACE... which will be on his Blog...
ELECTION DAY is... NOV. 4th.  All Voters will Need to go to his Blog and Cast their Ballot by LEAVING A COMMENT... 

One vote per blog... no matter how many "critters" they have.

NO Anonymous comments can be left on Sarge's Blog... so they MUST have an actual BLOG to Vote.

Sarge will have COMMENT MODERATION turned ON... so that the comments will NOT EVER show up for the Voters to ever see... that will prevent any... privacy issues
The VOTING POST will be put up at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time... November 4th... and Voting will run for a FULL 24 Hours so that all Voters All over the WORLD will have time to Vote...

Once the Voting is CLOSED (ONE DAY OF VOTING ONLY>>> no absentee ballots will be permitted) Sarge will Tally all the Votes... and send the RESULTS to Mayoress Madi.... ALONG with... a Copy of the actual Votes.... so that she can VERIFY the results...
THEN when the votes are Verified... by Both SARGE and MADI... (Due to Lori//SARGE... having to WORK... it may take a day or so for the VOTES to be COUNTED... Folks will need to be Patient and Understanding of the slight Delay in announcing the results.)

MADI will be the one who ANNOUNCES the Results... On HER BLOG....

Mystery Kiss - The Final Explanation

Were you surprised to find out that Stanley's secret romance was with Taffy instead of Dory?  In case you didn't piece everything together, here is the whole story:

Taffy and Dory knew each other as sorority sisters from their university days.  Although they hadn't seen each other for many years, when Taffy was sent to the convent by her overly protective daddy, she remembered that she an her sorority sisters always promised to help each other out no matter where their lives may lead them.  

So Taffy secretly contacted Dory to see if Dory could help set up a secret rendezvous with Stanley.  Dory planned to talk to Stanley at the Great Debate but when the Dood's campaign bus broke down and Dory literally found them in her own backyard, she was able to pull Stanley aside and tell him Taffy wanted to see him. 

All this sneaky business really got Dory's Campaign Team's imaginations going  For their explanation of events click HERE!

This concludes our Road To The Great Debate and Mystery Kiss series.  We have had a blast working with other furiends and their assistants.  We hope our readers have enjoyed our corroboration in telling these stories.  

As we continue forward with the campaign season that culminates on Election Day (November 4th and there will be a REAL Blogville election!!), we hope everyone can continue having fun with the election story line.  As long as we have our driver Angus McConnell Long of "RV Travel & More Where Safety Comes First" driving us through Blogville, there's sure to be more adventure BOL!
