The National Christmas Tree came to our town while on its way to Washington DC where our president lives!

It was pretty exciting to see it! There were actually 2 trucks pulling giant trailers.

Of course we wanted to sign our names on the truck! |

| As you know, we got hired as police officers so our chief figured if there was any funny business we'd better go undercover and make sure the truck was only hauling the tree and no contraband. |

Stanley thought this other doggie was undercover too but felt silly when he realized it was painted on the truck. |

Everything checked out OK on the truck so we just milled around and checked out the crowd, just to keep things safe.
Anyway, there were no problems, probably cuz word is getting around that we are on the job. It was fun to see the National Christmas Tree and sign our names on the truck!
