Post Run

Me and Murphy went for our 6 mile run today.  Good thing we have 4 paw drive cuz there sure were some icy spots!  Now I can't talk more cuz I need a nap . . .

  2. 6 miles the only way we'd run that far was if we were being chased.
Were you being chased? If so, by what/whom?

PS: Sorry we haven't been commenting. Mom was away at Jury Duty all week and we aren't allowed to use the computer when she isn't here. I have no idea why not.

  14. Mom did her first workout in 3 weeks (she had a really bad cold that held on for two weeks, and then just felt like crud for another week). She was muttering some HBO words while swinging that giant medicine ball, I can tell you that.

  21. WE got a huge ice storm yesterday-tons of roll overs and four fatalities. So scary! Hope your weather is getting better! We have snow today-but it's pretty light. Great with your runs!
