Dear Santa: A Most Terrible Situation

Dear Santa Paws,

We are posting this letter to you so that you can see the actual legal proof of the terrible situation me and my brother Stanley find ourselves in.  We have come to the point that we have NO toys to play with, OK, maybe one or two plus the ones scattered about the house but that is all.

Our selfish pawrents have spent all their green papers on wasteful things like food and housing and neglected to assist us with this awful predicament.  Here is the proof of this desperate situation:

Oh, and there might be 1 or 2 on mom's sewing table waiting for stitches butt we are sure you will agree that none of those count.

We're not sure how much longer we can last under these conditions.  We have been VERY good doggies this year (even if the sewing pile looks kind of big). Please consider this when you come to our house on Christmas Eve.

Love,

Murphy & Stanley

We don't think Santa holds de-stuffed stuffies against you. At least, we hope he doesn't....

Ruh roh - my parents always told me that lying was a sure way to end up with coal in my stocking. It sort of seems like your words are disproven by the big piles of toys, boys!!!! But, I won't tell - I want Santa to treat you well.
