Play Date With Abby - Part 2

So in case you missed yesterday's post, we had a play date with our furiend Abby.  Her dog park is the bestest.  Yesterday I showed you all the pictures of us all swimming in the ocean now today I will show what we did in the OTHER part of it.

There were LOTS of doggies on this side too.

I started off fetching with my life vest on cuz mom thought we would only fetch for a short time then go back into the ocean.  I said "Mom . . . short time?? Are you serious?"  I like this photo cuz it shows off my long doodle legs and I think Ruby would like it.

After the big black dog stopped tailing me, a Goldie decided to hang out.

He liked to fetch too.

Abby was fetching and then just suddenly started doing her aerial ballet moves!  Everyone was amazed!

Then Stanley started doing weird moves too!  He does NOT have Abby's grace!

Then this doggie named Annie hung around for a long time.  She was a purebred Mutt but her mom said she must have cattle dog in her cuz all she wanted to do was herd me and Stanley.  She thought we were her sheep!

Mom tried to get a portrait shot of Abby and her mom . . .

Even after I took off my vest Annie wanted to herd me.

I didn't care but it drove her nuts when I chased after my ball!

Finally Annie went off to herd another more cooperative dog so we made another furiend.

OK, that's enough photos for today.  I told you there were lots cuz we had a blast!

Love that photo of the 3 doggies lined up waiting for the ball to be thrown. That has to be the most awesome pet park ever.

All of those fur friends, even if they wanted to herd you, they seemed nice really nice. Fetch, swimming, what more could a pup ask for?

Love the one where they are all in a line!

Hahahahhaha pure bred MUTT...hahhaahahah - significant amounts of Border Collie though, rather than cattle dog. Love that you were able to meet her in the eye though Murphy!!! Oh my goodness but this was one superb outing. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Annie tries to herd us, when we (okay Abby) goes there, too! She's a very funny girl! We're so glad you boys had a good time! When you get your dog park, we're going to have to convince Mom to come up and check it out!

Fantastic park. Hope your mum took notes to take to YOUR council! We just had a park set up near us and it is SO tiny not even a runt chihuahua could do a zoomie!

We think Annie looks like our Kelpie/Border Collie friends.....who LOVE to herd.

XXXOOO Bella Roxy & Dui

Abby has the MOVES!

What fun! Did you go swimming again? We thought we saw you yesterday by our house. We were all yelling Murphy and Stanley. The people thought we were nutty and started walking faster to get away from us

I do thinks that vest shows them off most handsomely!!
OMD, Abby DOES have some mighty ballet moves!! Are you sure she doesn't moonlight at the Joffrey Ballet??? Mad skills
BOL at Annie! Ma's Angel Panda (Old English Sheepdog) used to herd her too!! They just can't help themselves! It's in the genes.
I'm tellin' you, that is one PAWSOME doggie park!! I thinks that park is what all doggie parks aspire to be....

I'm sure that Abby's heart was all a-flutter at your agility skills! It looks like y'all had an awesome play date. I think Cattledogs herd everything, sheep, dogs, humans...

Purebred mutts are the best. Hahaha.

Well, it's just adorable that you were on your life jackets while playing ball. I think the ball's mortality rate was higher than yours.
