The Scoop On Poop & An Update

Today we join Sugar and others to get the word out to Scoop That Poop!  So me and Stanley put our heads together and wrote a poem.  We hope you like it and will share it with all your pooping friends.

Murphy & Stanley

Pee Ess - An Update in case you were wondering whatever happened to the bad neighbors who live below us.  All three dogs left the home, one way or another.  We ASSUME that the Mayas were placed with other family members (but most likely not together).  We also assume Blackie was euthanized due to his age and poor health.  So the summer months were full of complaints to Animal Control and the police concerning care of the dogs.  All the dogs were absent only days when we discovered a more horrible development.

Due to the depth problems of taking these photos, you cannot tell but this house is much lower (est. 70 feet - 31+ meters -  or more) than our house.  The weeds in their yard are 4-5 feet tall in places.  The rock ledge near the deck where T-bone is sitting actually drops down about 4 feet and we can't view what occurs in that area.  This house and its occupants is the neighborhood eyesore.

We don't know if T-bone is a male or female, we assume male only because his collar is blue.  We don't know his age but he is still young, we are guessing maybe 6-7 months old.  Right now we don't have a legitimate reason to call authorities but expect there will be one in the near future since we are positive these people did NOT learn a damn thing.

Loved loved loved your poem. Hate hate hate those neighbors. And you know me, my MOM does not let me use the "H" word very often so you know this makes me very upset. That yard is NOT safe for t-bone or any animal. GRRRRRRRRR I want to go get him.
Blessings,
Goose

First, amazing poem. Second, you must be horrified. We are so sad to hear this about your neighbors but cannot even imagine what you must feel having to watch them over and over. Those poor dogs.

Fantastix poem we missed this event. That is such a shame that T-Bone has ended up there. What a trash hole that house is and all that crap around looks so dangerous for a dog. Keep us posted xxxooxxx

Yep, some will always be irresponsible pet owners, who never should be allowed to keep paws. Let alone Children !
They think paws are objects to be brought and sold on a whim. Or advertised on web sites as pre loved....Or paws that are kept, just for the purpose of making money from them...... OH... right there with you, how you feel. I would hate to suggest there might be a friendly dog napper around in your area...
Lots of luvs and know just how lucky Frankie de tabby and I are. Luvs Freya Rose Blossom X

Your poem is fabulous!

We went back to your older posts to get the proper context... this whole story is horrifying!
I hope the Mayas are OK now. I hope Angel Blackie gets to run free in Heaven. I feel really sad about T-Bone being stuck with these freaks.

Doods your poem is pawsome...You've taken a page from Dr.Seuss and i can hear the rhythm when i read it aloud...As for poor T-bone...I've always thought it a shame that dogs need licenses to live with humans but humans don't need license to adopt dogs...and they really should...

I love your poem.

But your PeeS really got me. I almost wrote a cuss word here. I hope that you can find a way to help that poor pup. How is that people like that are allowed to get a dog again?

And your mom said she's not creative. She's a poet and doesn't know it. Love your poop poetry! Poor yous. Kerazy, messy neighbors are horrible. Those that don't take care of their pets...the worst.

Golden LOVE the poem. WOW! you guys are poets. Golden Thanks for participating and we will add your post manually to the hop.
So sad to hear about the "S" neighbor. Don;t you live in a subdivison and there must be some ruling. Soon its going to be cold and hope Tbone will not be outside.

The poem makes me smile. The terrible people make me want to scream. I'm glad you and your neighbors will keep watch on them if they abuse this poor puppy. I can't believe someone let them have another poor dog. Tragic. We once had a neighbor from hell...no pets but she abused her kids. All the neighbors called social services again and again, but nothing ever happened. Eventually we moved away but I still think of those poor kids...they must be grown up now. I hope.
